Very quick and friendly process. The process included an online application, online tests, competency interview, presentation on why Rolls Royce should employ you, technical interview, group exercise, numerical test.
and we have to prepare for presentation we had about 10 day to prepare, staff were really friendly,

Good initial contact from screening personnel. Good follow up by screening personnel. Interview inquired on whether ok with transition to Siemens per sale. The interview was hard sell to take the job. Interviewer indicated that he would be seeing the candidate for a face to face but never scheduled and form reject sent.

Extremely well planned interview process, with sufficient breaks and positive structure. The day included a personal interview, which consisted of two presentations. One about Rolls-Royce PLC and one about an turbofan engine.
A group exercise to demonstrate team working and leadership abilites. This was assessed my a minimum of 8 assessors. A numerical test, which was more of a data analysis test - not many people finished but we gathered it was marked on progress. A 1 on 1 interview about yourself, why you have applied, what makes you more employable then the rest of the applicants and so on.
