Rolls-Royce interview questions

Phone interview that lead to an in-person interview at the RR/UAW training center in Indianapolis. All accommodations were provided during the trip. The night prior we had two logical and spacial tests upon arrival at the hotel. Early the next morning the interview group was bused to the training center where we performed presentations about why the company should hire us, a group interview, and a technical interview.

2 round interview on a saturday with HR and Director of operations. HR questions mostly on reason for leaving previous company and reason joining etc. Ops director more interested to understand past experience and scenario based questions e.g " what would you do if something like this happened... blah blah blah ... overall interview was very long. over 1.5 hours. but quite interesting
