I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Rolls-Royce (Derby, Inglaterra) in Jan 2015
Interview
There was an individual interview with a presentation, a technical interview and a group activity. The individual interview was ok, be sure to mention the skills you developed/used when answering questions. Technical interview was complicated, pushed me to the limit. At one point I had to explain in laymen terms a certain engineering principle, I chose aliasing. The group exercise is fun, don't worry about it. Be sure to work well with your team.
