Interview
The interview process is very hard... for good reason; Rolls only want the best! i had to sit 3 online exams, a telephone interview. after getting through these stages I had to go to an Assessment Day.
We had many group and individual tasks, which were closely monitored and scored accordingly. I also had to have 4 separate face to face interviews where i was expected to know lots of Engineering based information and also to show a portfolio of work/bring a project in.
All in all, the interview process was extremely hard but nothing beats the feeling after the phone call telling you you've made it !
