Technical round followed by Behaviour round..almost 30min and 30min...poster presentation on any topic of Ur choice and some questions from their standard menu. After that behaviour questions to test your attitude and responses...be positive while answering
I attended an assessment centre which included two interviews and a group activity. The technical interview is very hard and they expect you to have a good knowledge of aircraft engines, despite the position you are applying for.
