Typically Hiring occurs across the Derby and Bristol Offices. The interview process consists of a one-day assessment centre where you will be required to have a competency interview, a technical skills interview, group exercise and case study. You will also re-do the psychometric test. Once you complete the day, the HR team aims to get back to you within 24 hours. Once you receive an offer, you go through pre-employment screening.
