Rolls-Royce Engineering Summer interview questions

Applied online through the online application process. Was later informed that I had passed the first stage and was invited to an assessment center in Derby. Unfortunately I left all my interview notes on the train ! However I was notified I had been offered the position about 1 week after the assessment center. It consisted of two timed group exercises, there were 10 of us and we split in to 2 groups of 5. One task was construction a paper bridge that was required to hold a 500ml water bottle in the centre. I had a prepared presentation that was done to 2 assessors. There was a 1:1 technical interview and also a 1:1 competency based interview . Overall it was an intense experience and remains one of the more challenging interview processes I've been through .
