I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Rolls-Royce (Derby, Inglaterra) in Mar 2016
Interview
Process took one day, from 8:30am until 3:30pm. Day was broken into three sections. The first included a competency based interview and personal presentation followed by a retake of a numerical psychometric test. The competencies interview was quite relaxed, and quite broad questions were asked allowing you to choose examples which best demonstrated you skill in the chosen area.
This was then followed by an hour long group activity, undertaken in groups of around 4. Next was lunch with the assessors, which provided an opportunity to network and find out more about the business in a non-interview environment.
The final section of the day included a question and answer session with a graduate employee (this was not assessed, allowing questions to be asked "off the record"). Finally, a technical interview concluded the day. At the start of the interview, the assessors asked which areas you felt were strengths and weaknesses, allowing the interview to be tailored to best suit the business area you were interested in.
