Robert Walters interview questions

I applied online from their website, after 3 days, the company reached out to me and set me a skype session. They're asking pretty basic questions, the interviewer is very friendly and spoke very good english. The interview lasts for 40 minutes and after a couple of days they invited me for another round of interview.

I interviewed in Barcelona, for a position of IT consultant recruiter (this company looks for prospective employees for other companies). It all happened in 2 weeks: Day 1: first interview with the "analyst". Day 2:(3 days after day 1): interview with the "senior consultant". Day 3:(1 day after day 2): interview with the "manager". Day 4:(1 week after day 3): interview with the office director (Barcelona). Overall they were really chilled and easy-going, with not very difficult questions. They are quite open-minded and want you to look similar. I rejected the offer because they offered really low salary and bad working-time conditions.
