Interview
I applied online. The process took about 1 week. The interviewer speaks really fast and she cut me off in the middle of the sentences. I was too nervous and managed to screw up the interview.
Thank you for your review. I appreciate you taking the time to feedback, and I was sorry to read that you felt cut off during your interview. If you’d like to discuss your experience in more detail, you can email me at lucy.crew@robertwalters.co.jp and I’d be happy to arrange a confidential conversation.
Regards,
Lucy Crew
Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, Robert Walters Japan
they called me for an interview without having scheduled it in advance. I answer the phone call while in a meeting break, but I didn't have the time for a full interview. I told the lady to set up a time for another call and continue the conversation. She called me 45 min later than the time agreed. I was short of time again. I haven't heard back from her.
Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're sorry to read about your experience and would appreciate getting some more information so that we can investigate further. If you'd like, you can contact us to arrange a confidential conversation at hr.admin@robertwalters.com.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Robert Walters (Madrid) in Apr 2019
Interview
The interview process was pretty straightforward. I applied for a job on Linkedin, the next day a headhunter from the company contacted me asking for an interview ASAP.
So 3 days after that contact, I went to their offices and had a nice chat, first in Spanish and then in English, because the interviewer wanted to check my level.
My impression was that i did OK on the intererview, and they told me they would contact me either they were going to move on with my application or not. Which they didn´t. I even sent a recruiter an email asking for news, but he never wrote back.
People, please don´t do this. For you, it's one more interview, but for the interviewed person, its a job opportunity.
