I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Robert Walters in Jan 2021
Interview
Went through 3 stages. Talent manager, director and then senior manager. I thought the interviewing process went well and I was very hopeful but didn’t get an offer. After the third interview, I realised that they were really focused heavy on sales and KPIs (even though I had experience) and not after someone who had a real passion for the recruitment industry which is disappointing because that’s not what the company’s vision is about.

Why Robert Walters?
Why recruitment?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Walters (Singapur) in Sep 2018
Interview
I was reached out via email and had to meet the director of commerce. I completed my interview which went well and then I was asked to meet the MD for the second interview.
Honestly, I was pretty surprised by the questions I was asked and it gave me an insight into the culture of the company. He was sexist and unpleasant. He asked me where my husband works and then went on to tell me why do I need a job since my husband is in a well established company. He then asked me what my husband salary was.
I was really intimidated and wanted to leave immediately.
I was called in for the third interview but there was hiring freeze and honestly I am glad I was not hired into this company.
