Touched on the aspect of being based in SA but client is UK and how that would work from a team structure perspective

The HR is quite responsive for inquiries. They do value the applicants by having open communication. Problem is it took 3 or more weeks of their interview process. After it the TL could also ask for another interview after passing the final interview (Hiring Manager).

Unclear, unfair, and disappointing.
For an international recruitment agency, Robert Walters lacks transparency and professionalism. Communication feels automated, with no genuine engagement or clarity on application status. Very poor experience.
