Robert Walters interview questions

I was referred by one of my friends for Candidate Researcher position. Interview process was really smooth. Initially, the recruiter who called me was degrading my skillset to make me come down on the compensation, but later, the recruiter supported me in every stage of my interview and was continuously checking with if I'm feeling comfortable throughout the process, which I felt was really good. It was a 3 round interview 1. Screening by recruiter 2. Managerial 3. Discussion with Director Rounds may vary depending upon the role. It took a couple of weeks approx. to finish the interview process, but the most surprising part is BGV, which took almost 30-45days to finish after providing every single detail on time. It is just the BGV which took good amount of time, but over-all it is a good experience.

It was smooth, HR was helpful and kept in touch with me at every stage. Provided updates after each round. All the paperwork, BGV etc was taken up smoothly. End to end they kept in touch until onboarding. Relocation and hotel etc was also sorted without any follow-ups
