Robert Walters interview questions

In total I went had 3 rounds of interviews, team was very approachable, responsive and energetic. The way they keep you engaged makes you feel more comfortable and during the process .

1. Initial interview with in-house recruiter 2. Interviews with all of the department heads that are interested in hiring you in one sitting (can be up to 90mins long depending how many want to speak with you) 3. Either interested department interviews you or if you have multiple interested, you choose two to go ahead with - speaking to department heads again and managing recruiters within department 4.Role-play with managing recruiters - they act as a candidate and be a bit difficult "I don't have time" etc. & you have to try and pitch to them 5. In-person interview at head office in Shibuya
