2 step process comprising of 2 interviews with manager and CTO. Interview was in a fairly relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Questions that were asked were around key competency and experience in the previous roles

Interview
The interview process begin with an introduction, then continue with general questions about candidate's qualification and experience. The process was around 30 minutes and it the pacing is fast. Most likely they have a lot of candidates interviewing for the role, so the responses need to be precise and appealing, as this is a sales job.
Estaban varios de los socios de distintas divisiones. Preguntaron por experiencia y expectativas. Comprobaron nivel de inglés. Fueron muy amables. Al final de la entrevista me presentaron al director de la oficina
