I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Robert Walters (Seúl) in Jun 2015
Interview
- Team manager contacted me via Linkedin sharing information of current open position, invited to an interview
- Rather than Q&A style, it was more conversational. The manager described the major tasks and what would be anticipated from the associate consultant. Questions he asked were mostly behavioural questions. The manager was looking more into personal fit from his candidates.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
- Describe your personal traits and how they would fit into the position
- How do you deal with difficulties?
- How do you resolve conflicts with your team members?
I met with 6 people in total, the interviews were fine but it lasted for more than 1.5 months. They asked all the questions that other people were mentioning here.
1) phone interview/screening: general questions based on resume
2) manager interview: get to meet each team's manager and get to know about the teams
3) country manager interview: mock-trial for headhunting

Question 1
self-introduction, what interested you to become a headhunter, etc..
Had met several consultants from several teams. Also at the end we went quick drink with few consultants and it was the final interview. Until then it is the process of the interview so be careful.
