Pathetic hiring process.took ages to complete 4 rounds of interviews and still waiting for the feedback of last discussion done 2 weeks back..I wonder if the position really existed.and if yes then why did no one bothers to inform me about the result.i am not a kid who will get disheartened if they tell me I am not a good fit for the role .. 😒
three stage interview process
one with local team in SA and then with the UK. asked questions more related to experience and some situational ones too

The final interview with the CEO felt slightly awkward, as the discussion around career tenure did not fully account for the impact of COVID lockdowns and global layoffs, which have affected many professionals.

Interviewed a few years ago, it was a long interview process I think I met 6-7 people?
On one of the last interview, they did a cold-calling test which was interesting.
