I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Robert Walters in Mar 2025
Interview
Extremely unprofessional, inappropriate, invasive, and unstructured. Got scheduled 6 interviews with management and different team members without a clear timeline, format, or structure, Complete waste of time. Got asked very personal and irrelevant questions that invaded my privacy - indication of a super toxic and unprofessional work environment. Hiring need was constantly shifting as well - went back and forth on the team I would be joining and the hiring needs. Had to withdraw from it to stop loss

Interview
4 rounds, top to bottom interview. Good people. Good business. They give you the opportunity to ask questions and explain the role in great detail. An interview is a 2 way street and they respect this.
