The first round interview via Skype, 15 min. Basically asked the reason you want to be a recruiter and your personal background. They will also check what drives you to be a recruiter. Preparing the next stage.

Why recruitment? Why Robert Walters? Some sales background?
I met with 6 people in total, the interviews were fine but it lasted for more than 1.5 months. They asked all the questions that other people were mentioning here.
1) phone interview/screening: general questions based on resume
2) manager interview: get to meet each team's manager and get to know about the teams
3) country manager interview: mock-trial for headhunting

Had met several consultants from several teams. Also at the end we went quick drink with few consultants and it was the final interview. Until then it is the process of the interview so be careful.
