I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut in Jan 2026
Interview
Very fast and smooth. Recruiter reply very quickly. The best experience I've ever had.
There are 6 stages for a designer: call with an HR, Case study presenting, Tome task, Live design challenge, Design director, call with a team.
They level you during the process. Your current grade means nothing. Be ready to relocation.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Present your best case study. Make sure you pick a proper one - it should has easy to follow structure. Prepare your speech Don't choose sophisticated and the most complex flow. It might be tricky to explain. I would recommend pick decent pice of work, show the thinking process, show declined variants, explain edge cases. So it's deffenetly better to dig deeper rather than showing broad task.
I applied online. I interviewed at Revolut (Londres, Inglaterra) in Apr 2024
Interview
"Do this design challenge for us that's 100% about our current product challenge but we won't pay you since you're a recent graduate and "inexperienced" but we're interested enough in hearing your ideas for this particular feature area that we're confused and undecided about, because we're both stupid and unethical (and cheap)."

It was a very straightforward interview with some generic questions. There were around 5-6 questions revolving around my portfolio, my process and design thinking. I could choose any location to work from which was quite nice.
