Interview
For the Frontend live coding challenge (after successfully passing pre-screen the capture-the-flag take home challenge), speed is the only factor considered (hence the "difficult" rating for a relatively easy/average challenge). The 1-hour challenge window starts with intros and a very long text-only description of the React app you'll build, and no time for questions at the end only if you manage to finish early. If you code exceptionally fast, have an big ego, and enjoy long hours, this might be the perfect job for you.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Build a single-day calendar in React with event blocks that can span 1 or more full hours, which functionality to add, delete, and edit events. (this will be written in a 250+ word bulleted list, increasing in complexity, with additional notes and requirements at the end)

Interview
You have to send in a video interview and then if the bots like you, they send you to their "hiring team." They sent me a "Take home test" where I did an exceptional job, and they let me know very unprofessionally that they didn't want to continue to speak with me. They actually emailed me and said "We have decided to pass on your candidacy." Terrible experience. Couldn't even use nice wording to let me know.

Interview
They make you take a 1-1.5 hr coding test to weed out candidates. I’ve heard of people acing it and not making it to the next steps. Kind of seems like a waste of time.
