Quick process and the hiring team was very helpful and responsive. 5 rounds seemed like a lot but was ultimately very smooth and the business case was very straightforward. Overall I was very happy with how the whole process went.
They automatically sent me a coding challenge after I applied. I knew this would probably be a waste of time, but I have a lot of time on my hands at the moment so gave it a go. The test was an hour long, I completed it - fair enough if it wasn't to their standard - but there was no acknowledgment of receiving it. Just got a generic rejection a couple of weeks later. Don't bother - the arrogance of having AI send you a task taking an hour of your time when no human on their end spends even a second reviewing you... what's the point?
Applied, set up a call with the recruiter, it went well and next step was for recruiter to send me a calendar link to set up time with the hiring manager. Recruiter specifically said they would send me the link. Days went by then a week later received an email stating they went with another candidate. Don't tell a candidate they are moving forward and then ghost thme!
