Interview
Interview conducted by the Contracts Director and a Contract Administrator. I interview was 90 minutes long and covered all major elements of the position offered. The Director described the position offered and the travel requirements then asked for my background asking questions along the way. Assistant took notes asking specific questions related to international transactions.

3 interviews, direct supervisor, director and then VP - it was about an hour interview for with each person. They focused on prior experience and education was very important to them. They wanted to know how I would handle certain situations as well and asked a lot of situational questions.

Interview
Process is pretty quick and streamlined. You get a package in the mail if you did a good job. Typically starts out with a phone interview, then transitions to an in person interview. the in person interview is really just to make sure you are not a crack head or something, as the questions are mostly softballs.
