I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at RTX (Lowell, MA) in May 2012
Interview
Basically they want to understand your people skills and the ability for you to effectively lead and how you plan to add value to the company. Remember this is a corporation and they are concerned with one thing, make as much as possible without spending resources. You will be a fit if you can convey that you will add value to the comapny and basically be a return on investment.
