RTX interview questions

The company paid for travel to the location for the interview day. There were 11 candidates at the interview. Each of us had four 30 minute interviews with groups of 1 to 4 recruiters. They asked basic behavioral questions from experience on our resumes. After the interviews we had lunch with the recruiters and were given a tour of the campus. Overall it was a very friendly environment.

Had on campus interview with recruiters asking general behavioral questions, lasting about 15 min. Followed by a more extensive phone interview asking technical questions, lasting about 45 min. Finally, an in person interview in Indianapolis. The in person interview included a plant tour and was actually four 30 min interviews with four separate hiring managers over the course of 2 hours.
