Interview
A lengthy process. They want to ensure that their employees align with the companies values. However long the process is, it is rewarding the make it through the process and land the job knowing that they take their hiring very seriously.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at RH in Mar 2019
Interview
The interview process is very long and involves speaking to multiple people. Most of the questions were about “fit” and it made it difficult to assess the everyday responsibilities of the role. The terminology used by the company makes it difficult to cut through the show and understand what anyone’s actual job is (every title is a Designer or Leader). Scheduling each interview was a waiting game.
It’s in an interesting company with some quality people but beware of the fluff and ask for direct details about the job. I was told I was interviewing for a Design management position and the details of the role changed 4 months later to a sales and marketing position. It was a lot of wasted time talking about personal values instead of addressing the actual role. I read other reviews that were similar and wish I had seen the long and vague process as a red flag earlier!

Interview
Too many questions, lot of irrelevant questions were asked. They seem friendly and nice to talk to. Conversation was easy.
Not too many technical or design related questions were asked.
They gave false hope that I would be hired for sure during the interview process.
