I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at RH (Nashville, TN) in Mar 2018
Interview
Interview started out with me being recruited by someone on LinkedIn. After that phone screening I was reached out to by someone local at the gallery. I was then brought in to the gallery for about 3 different interviews
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at RH (New York, NY) in Jun 2018
Interview
Lengthy, and draining. It takes one on the phone screening and 4 in person following that. They attempt to dig deep, find out who you are. It is not a normal interview. They hire the right people but don't focus on retention.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Mostly personal, as they are trying to "Get to know the REAL you, personally"
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RH (Winter Park, FL) in Jan 2015
Interview
We met in person aver the course of a few days to have the opportunity of meeting with multiple managers in the gallery. They asked casual questions and answers. The process was nonintimidating, conversational style, and enjoyable. They reviewed my portfolio and were very kind and responsive when they offered me a job.
