RH interview questions

The company contacted me within 48 hours after submitting my application although the interview was scheduling the following week. It began as a group interview which most people during the interview have not done before. A slight level of awkwardness and competition yet the interviewer was kind and engaging. If you pass the first interview, you go to a one on one interview where they ask more about you. Be aware of their values and how you would make a great fit with them and their team members.

Had an hour long interview with a member of top management. He came on strong, said he was very excited to connect, and wanted to schedule a next meeting. Then he proceeded to ghost me and never reply to a single follow-up email. Incredibly unprofessional treatment, especially considering I am an experienced and senior level candidate in the industry.
