RH interview questions

I was reached out initially by an associate leader who was very kind and lovely to work with, however when I was set up with his boss for a second interview, the individual was an hour late to the interview and very much seemed to "drink the koolaid" of the company which was creepy and off-putting to me, finally, no one ever followed up after that meeting which was extremely unprofessional in my opinion

I was initially contacted through email with a few questions, and it was followed up with an interview request. Following the initial interview, I received a call back for a second interview. I was told for this position I would need to submit a portfolio and execute a sample project using AutoCAD.
