I applied online. I interviewed at RH (Leawood, KS) in Mar 2021
Interview
The interview process was pretty easy. The first interview was a group interview, which was a nice introduction to the company but was interviewing with candidates that were applying for other positions so that was a little interesting… The second interview was more into specifics of the job. I was a bit turned off however, because I applied for a interior designer position and they were giving me the job description of a consultant position. They didn’t tell me straightforward that I didn’t qualify or would start out as a consultant. I didn’t proceed any further with the job after the second interview.

Question 1
I was asked about how I identified with the core values of RH.
I had a brief 30 minute first interview over the phone which was very comfortable. The interviewer gave me the opportunity to learn more about the company and position, and even brought up some additional roles within the company I may be a good fit for or could potentially be promoted to if I wound up working for the company. Following this I went into the physical store for an hour-long second interview with two managers at the location. The interview was challenging but not intimidating. I appreciated the thoughtful questions and once again felt like I was able to ask my own questions as well.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at RH (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Good people while doing the interviews one thing I didn’t like and I found exhausting it’s that there were so many interviews and after almost five Interviews I never got an answer back which I don’t find professional at all.
