RH interview questions

The interview was based on first impression and held in a public area within earshot of customers. It felt unprofessional and distracting. They didn't seem ready for the interview. Make small talk with staff when possible.

I had an initial zoom interview where I was informed about the role I was applying for as well as various roles they had within the company. Then I was called in for an in-person interview at the gallery where we talked a little more in-depth about the role and about the company. I have another interview coming up with soemone who is higher up in the chain.
