RH interview questions

many interviews, the chance to ask about roles, getting to know different positions and different team members who all have different insight to give about what its like to work at RH and what working on a team and as an individual might be like for you

Took around 1 week. Everyone was nice. The second interview in person made it seem like they really wanted me and he did give me a good recommendation to move forward. But they had me do one more interview in zoom with the field leader and it was just a casual conversation on my life experience. Really seemed like they only care about asking if you can specifically fit into their values and can give them specific answers. Didn't seem like a professional work interview and I felt like I was misled. Its true they just keep asking about values and seems like they dont consider your design background to give you a chance.
