I was unaware that you interview with all of the other leaders. I'm assuming these are department heads. All of the leaders couldn't make my interview so I was asked to come for another interview. That interview would've taken place with 3 Leaders and the store manager. That could be intimidating and off putting when you're not prepared for this type of interview.

What do you know about Restoration Hardware? She was trying to find out if I knew the history, purpose and motto. Since the other leaders couldn't make this interview the manager just asked basic current and previous employment questions.

They will have the hiring manager and the team members talk to you about your level of interest and your relevant past experience. They will have the VP of Supply Chain talk to you to make the final decision.
