RH interview questions

Initial conversation with RH recruiter led to in-person interview at existing RH store. Interviewer was 40 minutes late to meeting with no notice. Meeting seemed extremely rushed and an inconvenience to both area leaders conducting interview. Interviewers were unpleasant in demeanor and seemed to have little experience conducting interviews. Both were unsure of what management duties and expectations were and were unable to describe what compromises the daily work experience.

A manager from the store called me after submitting my resume. I came in and did a first interview with two of the managers (or as they refer to themselves Leaders).
