Quest Diagnostics interview questions

It was very easy they ask 5 questions and like three games to play at the end. Here are the questions: 1. Please describe a time when you helped someone with a difficult situation by being compassionate. 2. Please describe a time that you provided support or a service to someone and exceeded their expectations. 3. Please describe a time you had to cope with a high pressure or stressful situation at work or school. 4. Describe a specific time when it was extremely important for you to follow a set of rules and regulations. 5. Tell me about a situation in which you needed to make an important decision quickly, but only had limited or conflicting information available to you. The all ask you to describe the situation, your action, and the outcome(s).

Sent in my application, they emailed me back the next day to schedule a phone screening and also sent me an online interview (I had applied to two different locations). Waiting to hear back.
