there is an initial screening with the recruiter, sometimes they may ask a few questions, others may just ask when are you available to meet for an interview with the manager

Interview process was very straightforward. Was contacted by their talent acquisition team after submitting application. Then there was an in-person interview held at the workplace. Was asked about my interest, experience, and typical behavioral interview questions. Was also asked whether I had a question for them. Interview finished off by the lab manager giving me a tour of the lab
