Sent in my application, they emailed me back the next day to schedule a phone screening and also sent me an online interview (I had applied to two different locations). Waiting to hear back.

Describe a time you helped someone with a difficult situation by being compassionate.
Describe a time you provided support or a service to someone and exceeded their expectations.
Describe a time you had to make an important decision but only had limited or conflicting information.
When did I deal with a high stress situation and what did I do and what was the outcome.
Very good. Straight forward and professional, did not waste time and had good communication throughout the whole process. Looking forward to actually getting started and working there soon. I have nothing negative to say.

Had first and second interview - seemed like everything went well, was told that they would be in touch. Never heard anything back, sent a follow up email - no response. Was completely ghosted.

Interview
Attended an open house at one of their branch locations in my local community. As soon as I arrived I was told there were no openings in that branch and the only openings were quite a distance away. I felt misled. The only reason I went to the open house was because that office was within a reasonable driving distance. They should have specified where they were recruiting for. I met with two managers who told me to apply online. What a waste of time it was to go to the open house.
