I had 2 phone interviews. During the first interview, the questions I was asked were not technical questions at all; they were mostly about who I am and how I could solve problems if I had to. The second interview was mostly about the job I will be doing and I was asked more job-related questions at that point and was also asked to provide examples of difficult customer service situations.

Interview
The interview consist of 3 seperate meetings with the last being an in person interview. The process went fast and felt smooth. The regional manager was my interviewer and answered any questions i had. Travel and boarding was provided and they made sure the interview process went very well for me.
