This is for the Rinat SSF location. Their Sr. Associate Scientist position is actually a pretty low level tech position where you'll do a lot of manual work. It sounded like a lot of salaried employees did incredible overtime, and unlike other SSF organizations that would schedule a day long group of meetings with different functional groups, I just randomly met with a few group members and the hiring manager "informally".
The hiring manager seemed a little off but some of the others were very professional and interested in my background.
