Quick HR screening, then talked with Hiring Manager and went for an on-site interview. On-site interview was an all-day event, and it consisted of a few one-on-one interviews and a panel interview with the team you'd be working with. It was a long process, they asked behavioral & technical questions and questions related to Pfizer's core values. Everyone was very nice, and made you feel comfortable. I didn't hear back for 3 weeks, so I reached out and that's when they let me know they went with a different candidate.

Question 1
How your skills would apply to the position, how you have exemplified various Pfizer values (joy, courage, excellence, equity). What your own goals and values are. Describe a time where you... failed, had conflict, learned something new, etc.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Pfizer
Interview
Smooth, but long with very few breaks. The team was great and very open about their experiences. Interviews were spread out because the campus is large to accommodate all of the employees at this site, so there was a lot of walking involved.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Pfizer in Feb 2022
Interview
Screening with recruiter (what is your background, tell me about yourself) followed by 30 min. interview with hiring manager after a few weeks (more specific). Later had a 5 hour interview day with about 7 panels of 1-2 people (technical questions about work, why come to industry, plans for future). Requested several (2-3) letters of rec after that. Overall took about 3-4 months.
