Pfizer Senior Associate Scientist interview questions

The recruiter that was doing phone screening was not being professional. Showed no interest when she heard there's a possibility you may need sponsorship in the future, even interrupted my answer when I was explained about the situation. Then two days later the system automatically sent a rejection letter. It's okay if this position cannot provide sponsorship, but please at least show some respect to the candidate.

Several week process. Several phone interviews. One full-day interview. Got an offer but was $20k lower than the Glassdoor average.... Spoke with several different members of the larger group within the department.
