Patagonia Customer Service Representative interview questions

I received an email proposing an interview following my application. I received this same email three times, which was really disappointing to me because I take Patagonia extremely seriously. I heard back from the recruiter after I emailed back for a second time, and had a chance to schedule a phone interview. It was an awesome interview with two recruiters. I was offered the role and given over a month to plan my move. Unfortunately this was not possible for me at the time and I had no choice but to retract my acceptance. I received no response to my retraction, nor did I expect one. It is an awesome company, and I wish my current situations would have allowed the move.
