Patagonia Customer Service Representative interview questions

5 Rounds Was fairly straightforward with HR and then a few members of the team/team lead. Overall a pretty relaxed process just many rounds. However, after doing the final round I waited for quite a few months for a final decision.

After completing several rounds of interviews with generally positive feedback from the hiring managers, did not get any sort of response after following up for a response. Seems quite unprofessional from an organization that prides itself on caring for people and the environment.
