I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PCL Construction (Ottawa, ON)
Interview
The interview process was great. I had two interviews, both 2 and 3 person panels, and a skills test. Additionally, they checked 3 references. Everyone was very friendly and it was non-intimidating environment. Communication was great. They got back to me quickly after each round so I was never left hanging. They asked the standards (why do you want to work here, describe your experience with a, b, and c), where do you see yourself, etc. A lot of behavioural questions.

Question 1
The second round was all based on my own answers from the first round. (Ex: A question around my weakness, etc.)
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PCL Construction
Interview
None to speak of. Took me away from another, good, company by feeding me an earful of worthless promises.

They wanted to know of I had any issue traveling, to any specific or non-specific, worldwide work sites prior to knowing a job function and/or compensatory package.
The process took 3 days. I interviewed at PCL Construction (Seattle, WA) in Jan 2012
Interview
Interview process was like most. Phone interview than continues on for a face to face. Informed that They liked and were going to draw up paper work. Waited 1 week without any new on paperwork. Someone dropped the ball and after being offered $20,000 less than my current pay I declined the offer. Not impressed their promise of paperwork than nothing for over 1 week.
