A meeting with 2 interviewers that take turns asking questions while the other person writes notes. You are given time to think over answers if needed. It can take up to 1 hour.

Interview
Relatively informal interview. They will ask questions around the company’s values and attributes, key competencies, leadership skills, as well as some about shop management. The questions are mainly focused on volunteer team management.

Thinking of a specific situation, can you tell me about a time when you worked with others from a differing background to yourself.
First you fill in a very long, detailed, thorough application form that takes a lot of time. Then there are multiple interview rounds focusing on different areas that you go into in more detail.

Give specific examples and demonstrate your experience in budget and sales analysis, product knowledge, trend awareness, merchandising
Interview was very straight forward, asked questions such as what would you do in x situation. Follow up questions asked. Sat in back area of shop, with two interviewers in front of you. Very relaxed and easy to get along with.
