Interview
Relatively informal interview. They will ask questions around the company’s values and attributes, key competencies, leadership skills, as well as some about shop management. The questions are mainly focused on volunteer team management.

Interview was very straight forward, asked questions such as what would you do in x situation. Follow up questions asked. Sat in back area of shop, with two interviewers in front of you. Very relaxed and easy to get along with.
