Interview
- It had 6 rounds including a take home assignment.
- It took an hour for each round.
- Interview panel was cool & supportive.
- They informed i am not good with programming skills and needed more experience. I did complete both coding rounds and assessment. I mean they could have been upfront and not dragged me towards the last round.
- Get a better Human Resources team who are good at communications. I was not properly known about the steps. i was very new to their IDE so in coding round it took a toss.

4 Rounds of Interview mostly online HR Review - Interview with Operations Head - Interview with counter parts in US - Face Face meet with the team. Opendoor hiring team is very efficient and very quick to respond to any questions we may have.

Interview
Recruiter screen, hiring manager screen, final round (four 1:1 interviews). Recruiter was extremely detailed in the company, process and vision. Final interviews had specific focus areas and were interactive. Had a final "sell" call with a leader to be supported. Very inclusive process.
