In addition to basic interview questions, they asked case scenario type questions. How would you do this? or What would you do in this situation.

Interview
I think this company will be wildly successful. The idea of providing liquidity for real estate is incredibly ambitious but such a worthwhile pursuit. I was very disappointed with the interview process. You would think companies would hire better HR because they are the face of their company but for some reason people like Madina Farid still find work. From initial email to rejection letter was about 3 months. She routinely didn't follow through with what she said and was not very responsive. Weeks would go by before hearing back about setting up a call or answering a question. I hope she is not representative of the company's values or work ethic. I would just be wary of those lucky enough to receive offers.

Interview
After applying, got a invitation for OA and after clearing it . Recruiter contacted me a week later and asked what were my interests . Then followed by a technical screen a week later and I was asked simple coding question related to hash maps. Getting correct solution doesn't mean you will be moved to the next round. I don't think they have a high hiring bar. A total waste of time I would never recommend anyone applying to this company.
