Old Navy Sale Associate interview questions

Very casual and not serious just a couple of common sense questions about yourself and maybe a little from your previous experience and current availability. Manager and assistant manager were there the general manager didn’t the to me directly and would let the assistant ask the questions and the general manager would listen to the answers

First there was a brief phone interview about myself and why i was interested in the position. I was asked if I was available to come in for an interview and upon arriving I realized it was a group interview process. I've never been interviewed that way before but it was fun and interactive.
