Old Navy Sale Associate interview questions

When I first came, I was told I needed to go work with a sales associate that was working. During that time, I spent about an hour watching her work the register and communicate with customers. They wanted to see how I would interact with her or if I asked her any questions. I would def. talk a lot to that employee because it really makes you look good. After that, the manager came and asked me a few questions and offered me the job.
